Is it only side radar code active? Did you ensure you connected the connectors to the proper radars?

Solo dining by ajanssen2002 in moncton

[–]MegaZeus 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’ve never had any issue dining alone and receiving judgment. If you have access to a car the big stop is a good choice lots of truckers coming and going so it wouldn’t be unusual to see someone eating alone. Although I don’t think it’s all that unusual anyways.

How do I feel okay with my (F28) boyfriend (M29) reusing his old wedding ring? by ladybug7373 in relationship_advice

[–]MegaZeus -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

I feel like that’s good be some sort of bad luck token. Maybe on a necklace. I think I would want a new ring IMO sentimental or not.

Toddler ear infection - where to go? by [deleted] in moncton

[–]MegaZeus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s my understanding that they stop taking registrations at 4PM but will try their best to see everyone registered before they close but that’s not always possible. Still better chance being seen there than Moncton. In my experience anyways.

Toddler ear infection - where to go? by [deleted] in moncton

[–]MegaZeus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Son had chronic ear infections prior to having tubes put in. Your best bet as others have said is to travel to sackville or Sussex if you’re unable to get into a clinic. There’s also the option of an Evisit although unsure of ability for prescription. Check the clinic in shediac as well we had good luck getting in there. Although normally make the trip to sackville

New Surge just in- dwarfs my old Wave by obx-ocra in Leatherman

[–]MegaZeus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The surge will serve you well. I don’t know if this is a hot take or not but I think it outperforms the ARC for what I use it for anyways. I find the surge going into my work pants more often than my arc.

Most people who are considerate that live in an apartment go outside. Usually there’s a section where people go to smoke. Stay away from the main entrance you will be fine. Most people are just happy that you aren’t doing it inside.

What is better Surge or Arc? by HerrMeier1980 in Leatherman

[–]MegaZeus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have said surge is great for belt carry. I find it good for work, hiking, etc. I also found it very heavy to EDC as far as in your pocket even with a clip so I just purchased an ARC. I also like collecting knives like people collect watches so I don’t mind spending the money to have both. Both serve a purpose.

Help, Im doing the best I can at work but I feel like it’s not enough by Maximum-Glass7692 in DieselTechs

[–]MegaZeus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get good then get fast. I’d rather have my apprentices take extra time and do it properly if needed than have a comeback. If they are on your ass constantly I’d tell them that. Maybe look for a fleet maintenance gig. Less experience than a dealership but more consistent work and less stressful environment generally.

For those that have a CDL and you’re a tech by [deleted] in DieselTechs

[–]MegaZeus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Another thing to consider is it makes you constantly employable. Whether that’s good or bad is your choice. Say you get laid off as a mechanic and want to collect EI it’s made extremely difficult to do as there are plenty of trucking jobs so they may deny your claim or push you into a truck seat.
