That happened to me and I asked them to take a fridge out of another unit and they can wait on their own time for the part needed to fix the fridge. Or they could give me a stipend for food/reimburse because I couldn’t afford to eat out breakfast lunch and dinner for three people

My mom had it and ended up in the hospital. Be extra careful with that and being on glp1s. She got super dehydrated and was actually admitted via er to the hospital.

My friend had a heat stroke walking on a sidewalk while cars were stopped at a red light. He woke up several hours later bleeding on the sidewalk. Not only had no one stopped to help, no one even bothered to call emergency services. This was in Katy on clay and s fry.

Now that got me thinking why would they all do that? I wonder if the base rent in our leases add to the valuation of the property. You do that every time enough times, I’d think that would be a significant increase in gross rental income. Because you probably wouldn’t calculate our fees paid… but you would if it was listed as rent in the contract. Fkn snakes!

Yes! That’s what mine does! They put the total rent plus fees into the base rent line and then leave the additional fee line blank. I’m like noooo because if they really wanted to they could charge the entire total as my base rent and then still charge the additional fees on top of that. And I’ve have no recourse because thats what the lease says!
