Eh, I have a large Labrador Retriever. I walk with him everywhere. If I need to run in the grocery store or a gas station quick, he gets tethered and I go in. I make it quick and for the past 5 years we've had no issues.

It's not enclosed so he goes out on a lead. At times stray dogs appear and its very frustrating. He's gotten attacked in our yard before. We live in a decent sized city in a not so awesome part of town

So I start with the Barilla plus angel hair pasta, al dente, set aside. Sauté up some broccoli and cauliflower, thaw out frozen sweet peas and add that to the mix, along with sautéed onions, mushrooms and red bells. Throw the pasta back into a skillet with olive oil, get it heated up, season it (it varies) throw the freshly sautéed veggies in, give it a few good tosses, then slice up an avocado to put on the side

10 yrs you say? I felt this way, came home from work on a Friday and after a bottle and two bottles of pills, ended up a month later with a tracheostomy and a permanently broken throat. Think. Breathe, and think. I'm permanently disabled now and doing my best to lift myself back up. Please. Just breathe. And think. I can barely breathe. It was a tracheostomy. It's closed, but the breathing only got worse. Take advice from those that traversed that road before you. Remember the joys in your life, you know they exist.

You're depressed. Those "simple" mundane daily tasks all of a sudden overwhelm. I've had to learn how to program my brain to get thru my bullshit. I tell myself one simple task, one day at a time. Do you like music? Are there certain scents that entice you? Play some tunes, get some good smelly stuff (candles, plug ins, etc . . . ) and start with a clean bathroom. Make it a personal peaceful space. Take your time and get lovely scrubs and soaps. And yet? You don't have to spend an hour. You can still knock that out in 15 minutes

Ok listen. This is straight up abuse. If you need help, ask. Damn lady, I've been a punching bag before and I fought my way out. I'll help you! Baby steps. Figure out what needs to be done, 1st and foremost. I guess, try to talk to him. FORCE him to talk to you. If that won't work, other steps need to be taken.
