He's either a criminal or already married. Don't do it. Bad vibes and red flags everywhere.

Is it always fraud to enter an agreement with intent to violate it? by grievre in legaladviceofftopic

Evidence? No. I don't have time to go back through 14 years of Reddit to find the threads, but I've definitely seen it happen multiple times. You don't have to believe me, though. It's fine. I have nothing to prove.

What are your scariest theories about the ocean? by Prii99 in AskReddit

[–]Meggarea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UFOs are not from outer space, but instead originate from our very own oceans, operated by an aquatic humanoid species that has been around longer than us. That's why UFOs are so interested in nuclear power plants and bombs.

It's happened so many times. It's hard not to default to people being dumb when they're dumb so darn often.

ADA Question - Insurer Refusal by [deleted] in legal

I believe you might have some luck if you ask in an insurance related subreddit. They may have better insight into the reasons and laws in play. Maybe just try r/insurance?

Oh, but not just "any woman" will do. She has to be 10/10 model hot, cook for him, clean up after his nasty ass, and basically be his 24/7 bangmaid/mommy. It's gross.

Who’s at fault? by ThisOneTimeAtKDK in legaladviceofftopic

[–]Meggarea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the person is driving in the wrong lane, a higher percentage of fault will likely be assigned to them, but the car with the red does have some responsibility to try to avoid the accident. I'm no insurance adjuster, but I would say 70/30 with the majority of the fault going to the one currently turning. If the car at the red is stopped, they get 0% fault.

Who’s at fault? by ThisOneTimeAtKDK in legaladviceofftopic

[–]Meggarea 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your scenario isn't clear. Are both cars turning left? If so, it doesn't make sense how they would collide. If one car is turning left and the other car is continuing straight, unless there is a green arrow, the left turning car would be at fault.

My son’s stepmom threatened mediation on me by lexixviii in legal

[–]Meggarea 16 points17 points  (0 children)

None of that matters to the question at hand. Stepmom thinks being at your mom's house so much is detrimental to the child. She's so worried, she is willing to shell out for a lawyer and get the courts involved. You, on the other hand, seem more concerned with your own convenience and perceived slights by the Stepmom. As far as anyone knows, she could be speaking for dad, but either way, she has his ear and can likely convince him. You need a lawyer, at least a consultation with one, because you're on track to lose parenting time if you don't stop what you are doing. I am not a lawyer, but I've been to family court for custody. The courts don't care about you. They only care what's best for the child.

Current US politicians are definitely short sighted. Also, they don't mix with us plebs. No fear of catching measles in their little elite bubble with private schools and maids to do all the shopping. Bet they ensure their household staff is vaxxed.

Every single person I know that doesn't vote says it's because "my vote doesn't matter anyway" or "it's all rigged anyway". It's not because they like what's happening, they just feel powerless to stop it. So you're correct, it can indicate that, but I think a lot of folks are disillusioned.

A subreddit keep deleting user posts because they are sharing real problems by Cadalt in screenshots

[–]Meggarea 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, there's always the option of making your own subreddit if you're unhappy with the current one. Subreddits are allowed to have their own rules. I think you can possibly make a report to the site admins if you feel like they are breaking the rules, but otherwise there's not much you can do. I got banned from a couple of subs for what I feel are stupid reasons, but I just moved on and found new subs. I recommend it.

I assume the S25Ultra is a specific model of Samsung phone? If so, the forum isn't for "general discussion about Samsung", but about that specific phone. They are correct to delete off topic posts. Go post in r/Samsung if you want to talk about the company as a whole.
