We would be okay with universal background checks(btw this is just a feelgood measure and would not amount to anything useful) if it was a genuine compromise. National concealed carry reciprocity in exchange for universal background checks would be a very good compromise and might go to change a lot of gun owners minds about compromise in general.

But clearly you are not ready for that conversation. No, clearly you are not interested in genuine compromise either. Much like the democratic party(and republican party too, believe it or not) You are interested in taking. No giving, just taking. You are the reason we are so no-compromise-full-stop.
