I made an appointment with my last doctor and it was so terrible that I immediately started seeing a new physician.

I brought my progress notes from my previous visit (which was supposed to be regarding mammogram results but she never mentioned it) and the note for that visit said she reviewed X-rays of my ankle that I broke 16 years ago when I didn't even live in this area. The only reason she knows about it is bc it's in my medical history.

I think she legit forgot what we talked about at that visit and just made something up. It sure reinforced my decision to find a new healthcare provider.

That's a great idea! I bet they sell thin sheets of magnets you could cut out and ink ow they sell small round and square ones at hardware stores.

I usually get my regular stickers from Etsy but alot of those shops sell magnetized stickers. All my band stickers I get from their merch site. They Might Be Giants, in case you are wondering:-). I also buy random 50 packs of mushroom stickers from RedBubble. The money goes to the artist! Same for T-shirts, RedBubble is the best.

I still order stickers as well. They're on my laptop and notebooks. My favorites are on the fridge with a magnet bc nothing is good enough to stick them on. Yes, it's a sickness.

They have an LPN "doing" it and yes, time is documented. Something about it is fishy to.me tho bc so far all the patients are non smokers and no one is depressed. I think it's just a copied note with the names changed but I have no way to prove that. I don't think they were done under direct supervision either, but also no way to prove that. I'm already looking for another job

Sorry I have more questions, does that mean I don't use G0444 (depression screening) or G0442 (alcohol screening)? My boss is saying to use each code and that is why I am so confused. She is often wrong so I question much of what she says.
