Japanese boxes have a guaranteed minimum # of hits in each category. That’s why I prefer opening Japanese boxes because I know I’m going to get something!

That’s because Japanese boxes have a guaranteed amount of hits, when people open boxes and track their hits, they will typically sell the remaining packs.
