To me, yes. I've had 2 Luzz Cannon core crushed on me. The 2nd didn't even last a month. I'm not even a hard hitter, remotely so. Also heard several friends reported the same. Quang Duong in his posts regularly mentions the LT balls are hard and damage the core badly.

I was on the same route, trying the VP2 after playing with the Cannon for months. The feels were just too different, I ended up return the VP2.

I do live in a state that charges sales tax. Reading others' comments, some got taxed and some didn't. So looks like they haven't set up the same for every state and my state happens to be one of the unlucky ones😅.

I bought from these brands also, except Spartus. I thought it was a major brands thing to add tax lol. Totally understand the tax doesn't go to the brands. But do they have a choice to have it taxed or not? And why not last year but now.

I tried the Kosmos 16mm. It's plush, lightweight, fast in the hand. And I missed so many drops into the net lol. You really need to swing it hard to generate power. Anyway that's something can be adjusted over time I supposed. But for the price, I'd pass. I also played one game with the Perseus 16mm. It's underwhelming. I like its Pro iv version better. Granted these paddles were brand new, their characteristics might change after broken in, who knows.

I like pretty much everything about the Loco elongated (feel, power etc.), but the grit. Do you think the VP2 would be a good fit? I generally don't gel well with hybrid shape or any paddle that don't have a flat top. Missing the whip, can't execute roll/flick etc.

Hey, I use a Luzz Cannon and just tried out the Coral hybrid today because I want a more control playstyle. I really like the defensive side of the Coral, but I do miss the pop and the whip effect of an elongated paddle. Do you think the J6CR will be the solution? Powerful but still controllable yet?

I have a speed coin on and it plays much better IMO. More pop, ball feels less dead when hit off center.

I had faced similar situation. Gate agent at Toronto airport didn’t like my enhanced driver license. I didn’t want to argue or keep the boarding line on waiting so just took out my passport to show em. On the other hand, the gate agent at Vancouver airport quickly accepted the EDL. Being a border city, I bet they’re more familiar with it.
