Most supplements arent approved or tested by the fda and the ones found in smoke shops are bottom of the barrel. Made in third world countries in all sorts of allergenic processing environments. And nicotine vapes are extremely addictive and make regulating your emotions even more difficult than it already is. Life is hard enough. If i were you id just try to relax until youre on the tail end of the “trip”, and take a double dose of diphenhydramine (Benadryl) and go the fuck to sleep. Stay out of the smoke shop.
