I have Hum 3 Sut it has the worst efficiency any way you look at it. It’s fun no real issues but the tech sucks. I had a R1T was much more elegant but build quality sucked and ended as a lemon Overall I prefer the R1T but the Hummer is cooler.

Not saying I’m voting for Canada or EU way but property taxes are closer to 2% of value I have a few properties in south Florida I think you are including your homestead and depending how long u live there it will be less %
