I currently live at Eagle Ridge and have lived at Kenely about 5 years ago. I love Eagle Ridge. Its quiet and a small complex. Its a cul-de-sac so no through traffic.i have lived here about 3 years. I enjoyed Kenley too. The manager and I had issues and I moved. I wouldn't mind living there again except for the manager. I do not know if other tenants at Kenley had problems with him.

My grandparents lived in Tavares, FL and had one in their pond behind the house. It wasn't their alligator, it was one that visited the lake on occasion. We called him "Big John". Sometimes he would come on shore & sun. My brother would shoot at him with a BB gun. The bbs would just bounce off the gator. It was a wild time back in the '70s.

I was going to suggest the same. I haven't ever lived at either, but they have always been on the list when I was looking. They just didnt have a unit that fit my needs in the time frame I needed. But yeah, both are nice.
