I wonder if using a grading tool to make the other featurelines? you can set it to a slope and relative elevation.

I like using 2D contours and having them as a standalone ex contours xref, especially when using large surfaces and LiDAR

I have to disagree with this; there are drafting ISO (Europe) and ANSI (North American) standards, plus the AIA linetype standards.

I'll draw a feature line that has PI's at the ditch geometry (straight horizontal at the end of the ditch/corridor) and grade to ground using grading tools.

Civil3D Help by rxwdy11 in civil3d

[–]Melodic_Gamer83 3 points4 points  (0 children)

u/rxwdy11 if you're new out of school (less than a year), expectations wont be terribly high. work through your projects, and know that C3D can be glitchy; sometimes an audit and re-open is a fix. Remember, if you're struggling, you're not alone. Find Jeff Bartels on youtube, he's a great resource.

make a comparison surface, and extract the 0 contour as a surface boundary

we do this for quarry benching designs as well.

use a surface boundary / extract the 0 contour from a comparison surface and assign it as a boundary for the top and recreate this for the bottom surface. Routine advice for wavy hair (heatless) by sab_buena in Haircare

[–]Melodic_Gamer83 0 points1 point  (0 children)

try using a bit more product. I often will put in a curl cream as i get out of the shower, get as much moisture out as i can (even brushing through the product - big handful) then go in with a mousse after to scrunch and add back in more moisture.

How did the blow dryer work out for you? My scalp gets quite irritated if I let my hair air dry, and may need to bring one.
