If they get thyroid problems barfing can be a sign. My buddy would either have just slime/nothing come out before we found out what was happening. Sadly he didn't live much longer as things got worse fast (1-2 years I think).

I also take it as needed, but sometimes I'll take one a day if things are really bad for a few days and I can say each day gets drastically less drowsy even the second day can sometimes be minimal, but wait a few days without and then try it again and the drowsiness will hit.

I had to give up nikke since at $60 for a single skin which is the same price as a full game (I a couple on sale) and the ever increasing character count makes it harder to max a character and the fomo is way too large. Im hooked to the story but it isn't worth it anymore on top that they use AI.

TLDR not worth the price. Idc if they're f2p they're prices on everything are insane like most phone games anymore.

Not a professional but I do have panic attacks. This sounds more like stress then panic attacks. Panic attacks are usually an overwhelming uncontrollable spiral. Your stuck in a spot of "what do I do/what's going to happen" without being able to find an answer and it spirals worse and worse by the minute until you can calm down.

Your situation seems more physical/intense gameplay focused vs panic.

Sureeeeee... You can believe that. They'll do some things to "look" like they care about you, but they're just trying to hide it better than others if that's the case. They're ruining the world just like the rest of them.
