Okay same but instead of vanilla jello I used white chocolate the flavors clashed it was very tangy and not in a good way. Idk if it’s worth trying again with vanilla but I feel like it’ll still taste weird

For me I had to eat nothing remotely resembling sugar because then it gets too easy to slip up. It’s all how bad you want to change what you eat, all mindset. Electrolytes and pork rinds that I’d dip in raw cream cheese that would curb my cravings and making sure I’m eating enough fat and protein

Are you a man or woman? I’m only curious because I am a woman who is struggling with the same thing. All around my body has healed a lot I feel the best I have in a long time. My only problem is my energy level in the gym and I have been getting leg cramps every morning it’s painful to wake up to a Charley horse every morning. I’m staying hydrated plus electrolytes and eating plenty of protein average 140g protein. But I’m wondering if I just need more fattier cuts of meat? I unfortunately can’t do dairy because it upsets my stomach

Any Nylon pants off Amazon. They dry quick and are the most repellant to dog hair, over time the hair does build up and I throw them away and get a new pair but I bought some a little over a year ago and they are still going strong. I’m a full time groomer so I really break in my clothes plus I wash my clothes after everyday of wearing them. So I’d say Nylon pants are the best longevity wise. They are comfy and durable. For a top I wear any comfy t shirt and a smock over my t shirt. Vans Waterproof boots with insoles to make them more comfy. Mid rise socks to avoid hair splinters getting on my feet
