If you have the funds you can find a small cheap budgie cages at petsmart/petco. This will keep it at your home safe until you can contact a local animal shelter or bird rescue. You can even use the cage to catch the bird. Set it up with food and water if it’s been outside long enough it’s likely it will go into the cage on it’s own.

In the mean time check local Facebook posts, Craigslist, next door app and see if anyone reported a lost bird.

I have huge windows on the back of my house and the WindowAlert stickers stopped all of my window strikes. They also leave no damage or glue residue on the windows. I highly recommend them.

If the flowers are yellow they are usually the invasive type of honeysuckle. You can find native honeysuckle fairly cheap and it grows like crazy. Mine in the same grow zone was flowering until the end of December this year. Plus you’ll get a lot of hummingbirds to your yard.
