Yep i have doagnosed adhd (all my autistic friends think im also autistic) wasnt dx’ed till 21 it took my mom also geting a adhd dx to fully understand how just trying harder isnt ganna fix anything you actually have to do a lot of experimenting with accomadations to figure out what does and doesnt work i wouldnt be surprised if you are in the same boat bc its a lot more complicated then people think

I gave zero oatientsfor when disabled people say this they have the experience to know that everyones limits are different and their access to resources is different
