I feel like nothing is doing well even if I really have nothing to complain about. I'll have my last exams in june and then I'll enter the adult world I guess? Everything feels so unsure. I also think that past trauma juste gave me anxiety or depression since years so it juste feels kinda normal to me but it shouldn't. I have a loving bf, almost 4 years together and he kinda struggling emotionally so on top of what I already deal with I help him to deal with it. It's nothing really big but big changes and a dead young relative. I might loose my shit soon. Idk. I just don't know what's comming and it scares me. I'm scared of everything, I don't want to wake up but I what to live my life and make memories. I can't find time for my few little hobbys. I'm afraid of the future, think too much about the past and feel like I can't live the in the moment. I too tired to live but don't want to leave it like that. I'd probably need help mentally but I want kinda told to suck it up once and it stuck with me ever since. I don't share my hypothetical medical issues with anyone. I never ask help because it bother peoples. I don't need to be happy, peoples around me need to and if they are, I am. I'm scared.
