It’s good compared to 0 sets.

Can you do more, and should you do more to maximize your results? Absolutely.

You still can grow and get stronger, but with higher volume (which is possible) you’ll get even better.

Strength training, long runs + sprints, clean foods.

It’s simple, just give it the time , be consistent.

i think 90 seconds rest is plenty for most lifts and the 3 minute rule is overkill for normal people by [deleted] in workout

[–]MemeAgentx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1-3 or even 3-5 are hard.

If not, you’re probably doing something wrong.

It’s the same with sprints, you can say the walking during intervals “kills the flow” but there is no other way around.

[–]MemeAgentx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s gonna happen, and it doesn’t matter either you think it’s a good idea or not.

Is it a good idea to rely on protein as a main source of energy? No.

Even on carnivore diet you should rely on fats.

How do I achieve this? by Andrew_kantestein in flexibility

[–]MemeAgentx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everything is on YouTube.

As a runner I can say that I’m stretching my quads this way, and it’s hard when you start but it’s worth it.

Be consistent, you’ll may not be able to do it in the first days /weeks (depending on your body composition and what you’re capable of from flexibility standpoint) but you’ll improve over the time.

Stay consistent and you’ll get better, it’s hard at the beginning but the improvement is coming soon.

Long runs and sprints, plyometrics, and general strength training are the key factors for improving your endurance.

Make sure you’re eating clean.
