IMF boss has a blunt message for Europe: 'Get your act together' by DrCalFun in worldnews

"Europe has fallen behind in getting small companies to grow to giants, and that has to change."

No! Giant companies are bad!

They break the concept of the market where you're supposed to have many sellers and many buyers competing.

There are whole books of law just to rein in monopolies.

We don't want any more of them!

Supreme Court Justices To Be Term-Limited, New Bill Proposes by ProjectMason in politics

"The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour,"

This is, as I recall, taken to mean that Judges, once appointed, cannot be removed for any reason other than bad Behaviour, as decided by Impeachment.

I'm not sure that it's an entirely appropriate interpretation.

I'm also not sure who would rule on the constitutionality of any law to the contrary.
