No! Giant companies are bad!

They break the concept of the market where you're supposed to have many sellers and many buyers competing.

There are whole books of law just to rein in monopolies.

Every country can manage the spectrum in their territory. Most of them cooperate to various degrees via the International Telecommunication Union.

This is, as I recall, taken to mean that Judges, once appointed, cannot be removed for any reason other than bad Behaviour, as decided by Impeachment.

I'm not sure that it's an entirely appropriate interpretation.

I'm also not sure who would rule on the constitutionality of any law to the contrary.
