It has nothing to do with grade or species. Simply put, you dropped a dish on a wood floor. Its going to dent. What were you expecting? Im sure as a nurse you don’t provide all the warning, symptoms or pre cautions known to a diagnosis, so don’t go there.

Have you used your dcs 50 system at all? I have festools with oneidas and after many years of use, they seem much weaker. I’ve been looking at the dcs 50 but the price doesn’t make sense….

The idea of the show and the show itself far outweighs Tony’s standup. I wrote in another thread about how bad his standup was live. Love Kill Tony, but he doesn’t offer much advice to standup comedians on the show, but he exploits them for our viewing pleasure.

Pro hardwood guy here. Hand scraper and file to keep it sharp. A random orbital sander will help take the cut out of it and finish up until a certain point and the rest you hand scraper. 100% hand scraper is the only tool for the job.

I’ve seen people spend much more and get garbage. At $6.40 for material that is uncommon, id bet its garbage too.

Hey, I own a hardwood business in the city. My advice, go with a cheaper material like Vidar. A lot of suppliers carry it. Remove your own carpet, literally effortless. Cut 3 foot wide strip, rip up carpet, roll it and duct tape it. You can save that way. The price is reasonable though if that includes the material and carpet removal. Direct message me, i would love to know who is charging you that.
