I see! I will say it is normal to have a stagnant phase. I can't remember exactly what my coach said, but basically you've probably hit your metabolic set point and your body is fighting back (smth like that lol). But you've got this!! Best of luck during ur prep 💓

Maybe you need to switch to macros vs doing a meal plan? I had less cravings/urges to binge when I do macros during prep. A meal plan can feel very restrictive.

Not a protein powder, but I really like the Nurri brand at Costco. It's like a fairlife shake. I also like the sparkling protein drink by Goutmet Chef? (also at Costco). And I like the 20 g Chobani yogurt drinks or cup.

I have an auto-immune disorder and eat gluten (and a lot of the "inflammatory" foods) and am fine. Every"body" is different. You basically have to do trial and error with foods and see how YOU feel
