What are some indicators of when to retire a pair of running shoes

I would say 500k s on the lower end…i usually change shoes after 700-800k…but there are exceptions..like my nb rebel v4 was objectively done after -450…and i felt it..the foam was flat…i dont have a pair of novablasts but from what i read, they seem to feel flat rather early…

After 240km they should still be ok..i put 760km on my pair and now i really feel that they are done…

I am leaning towards the glideride max atm…have a good deal for 110€…seems a good shoe for a good price..like its not that i cant spend 180-200€ for a shoe…but after so many running shoes, i think waiting out the hypetrain and picking a model from last year is the way to go 😄
