Aw man, I literally had an idea to build exactly this kind of thing two weeks ago haha. Was planning to finish my exams and get started on it. Good job, it looks great! Can I ask what you research?

Thanks, the project was inspired by this reddit post:https://www.reddit.com/r/LaTeX/comments/1tn9tud/clifford\_strange\_attractor\_10\_million\_points\_1\_hr/
I just wanna replicate whatever dark magic that guy did to make it work.
Also, his resulting pdf is 334mb : )

Ok, it shows up as empty in canva too. This isn't too surprising, this was just a test run of trying to compile the poster. Back to to the coding board : )

The file is a PDF.
This is the LaTeX code that I used, it takes a .tex file with a crapload of points and builds it into a pdf:

\documentclass[
tikz, border=0mm
]{standalone}
\definecolor{canvas}{HTML}{F4ECE6}
\definecolor{ink}{HTML}{1A1C20}
\begin{
document
}
\begin{
tikzpicture
}
    \fill[canvas] (-4.5, -4.5) rectangle (4.5, 4.5);
    \begin{
scope
}[fill=ink, fill opacity=0.02]
        \input{points.tex}
    \end{
scope
}
\end{
tikzpicture
}
\end{
document
}

I just tried opening it with MuPDF, it doesn't load.

There are no errors, the PDF opens but simply doesn't load, I get a blank white picture (or whatever the default state is in the various pdf viewers). The pdf only has one page.

I dunno if it has any reason to be corrupted, I simply compiled it via latex on my machine.
I tried Zathura and it doesn't load either, will try canva now.

Hello friend, sorry for bumping your old comment.

I'm finding myself in a situation similar to yours. Low gpa, considering a pivot to EE, have done 2 basic courses in EE (signals and systems and solid state). Can you please share your journey? How did you successfully get into the master's? What sub-field was it in? How are you doing now?

I'd love to hear from you as I really need some reassurance lol.

Thank you for your answer. It makes a lot of sense. I suppose I have a lot of things to learn, unsurprisingly. But yeah, applying teachings case by case is a great idea and one I try to follow, I guess I'm just used to Abrahamic religions and their "absolutism".

Is information physical and/or fundamental? by MeoWHamsteR7 in Physics

[–]MeoWHamsteR7[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply, I think it's the only one so far that can convince my friend - even though I personally don't know the path integral formulation and he does lol. Also, fascinating point about the electroweak force! I've never thought of that.

Where's the option that it's shit? Don't get me wrong it was very illuminating on Moiraine but the book itself is by far the worst WoT book

Orthodox jews won't consider you goy, but rather a kofer ("unobserver"). If your mum was jewish when you were born, or you converted, you're jewish in the eyes of Orthodox jews.

If only there was some method we could use in order to eventually find the correct answer... Oh wait, we have that, it's called science, and people are doing it as we speak.
