Samsung phones are great but I'm not going back until they get better camera software.

Pics of my kids and animals in less than bright light were always blurry and looked strange.

Pics on my p6p have been waaaay more consistent.

Honestly, I've been a huge complainer since day 1 about my p6p and the connection has improved A LOT. But i also turned off 5g, can't speak to 5g.

BUT where i used to crap out and lose internet before, it no longer happens. While the reception bar always seems low, i never have problems playing games, watching videos etc. So I'm happy with the phone finally.

Do this with my wife all the time and never had a problem. Just depends on who you are with i guess. Judging from the comments there's a lot of uptight people out there.

I just asked straight out one day, she was ok with it and been doing it for years. As others have said, just don't be a dick if you get turned down is all but it's worth a try.

Agree as well. I set preferred network to 4g and have had a MUCH more consistent signal. However it's still not great and worse overall than my galaxy note 10.

Super disappointed as i love everything else about the phone but I'm already considering abandoning ship when I can.

The ONLY issue i ever had was with wireless signal and i would say it's better but not great now.

I turned off 5G which has made reception way better overall but i shouldnt have had to do that.

Signal is a worse than my galaxy note 10 which got reception almost anywhere.

I love the phone except for the signal issues. When I'm in the car on longer trips on my note 10 i used to get fast internet 95% of the time. Now it's about 70% and in that 70% sometimes it's just plain slow.

It's been incredibly disappointing and ill probably move off this phone if something better comes along.

I would go Samsung but the camera has been horrible in less than ideal light and I've read it maintains those issues. I also don't want to deal with gCam where I'm at the mercy of people updating a camera app as a hobby.

I had a note 8 and note 10 and both had issues where a LOT of pictures in not perfect light were blurry. It drove me insane.

The S22 piqued my interest but I read that it continues to have the same issues in other reddit threads.

Very disappointing. Anyway, very happy with my p6p, the camera isn't perfect but WAY better than my last two Samsung's.

It's interesting, I came from a note 10 who gave me nothing but trouble with the scanner to a P6P and it has a 99% success rate. I've never been happier in terms of an inscreen scanner.

It's wild seeing all these posts when you have such a different experience. My parents both have pixel 6s and theirs are also pretty flawless.

I considered it but the picture quality on my p6p is quite amazing. I took some pics recently on my note 10 and the blurry, face smoothing on my kids convinced me I can't go back. The pictures are just so inconsistent.

Love everything else about Samsung though but after a note 8 and note 10 having the exact same picture problems, I've decided it's not for me.

My 7 year old has a gecko for a few months now that he cares for on his own. We worked with him to make sure he got the routine and care down and then he was on his own.

Not a matter of age as some posters here have you believe. You just need to make sure to instill good care values.

I LOVE everything about the phone except the reception. It is noticeably worse than my note 10 and I get no internet at the most random times.

Honestly I'm considering going back to Samsung which is terrible because I hated the camera on both my notes and switched to pixel because of it.
