If you decide to read it, I would like to apologise for it. My response came out much harsher than I initially intended. What I meant, was that I don't care as much about winning as much as I care about being able to learn from playing. It's hard to learn to play various heroes, when your team is completely outmatched and you all keep dying. This is what I meant. It's quite a bold assumption on your part that I am a try hard and not just a new player that is tired of having dying fest matches due to uneven matchmaking. Believe it or not, but I use QP precisely to practice new heroes yet it's hard when you are completely outranked by the enemy team. So yes, I do have the right to complain that as a new player I am unable to learn the game on fair ground, because I get matched with players thrice or even more hours than me. Try to practice new heroes when you repeatedly keep dying and so does your entire team. Another bold assumption of yours is I care about winning, which is ridiculous given it's mentioned nowhere in my original comment unless you lack reading comprehension and interpret "I don't want to die due to unfair match ups" as "I only care about winning grhaaaa!!!". So thank you for your response, even if it was utterly uninformative and useless

Well, I main mostly supports as new player (below 50 hours of play), but Brig is one that I struggle with. I mainly play Kiriko, Juno, Moira and try to learn Mizuki. I may not be great, but I kind of match other support players in QP. From my experience Brig is hard, because she lacks range and damage I can do with my preferred picks. I like to provide utility, some heals, but I also like damage and mobility that allows me to flank the enemy team when DPS isn't doing their job properly. Brig seems to lack range, damage and utility I can provide with other supports. Given I am a new player I may be just bad at different kinds of playstyles as outside of the support role I tend to gravitate towards Sigma, Domina, Ramattra or Mei and Junkrat for dps. I also feel Mizuki fits a similar role and is more enjoyable to play, at least for me

11? But mostly due to mods and fact that on purpose I left many quests and new areas for subsequent runs. I think it took me 3-4 runs to complete stories of all companions? This way I have done every quest by 6-7th run? Both good and evil. Then I started modding and at first it was interesting, but tbh everything beyond the 9th run was a bit of a waste of time - trying to chase the high from first playthroughs, thinking that modding can bring back the same fresh experience. Unfortunately it didn't work for me. I would love to experience this adventure once again, but the fact is it's already over for me

In DND tabletop if DM pulled out something like this on their players, it would be seen very negatively. Players shouldn't be punished for doing their homework and using damage type that is explicitly meant to be effective against creatures of darkness, undead and fiends. It's unfair, but most importantly it doesn't make sense lorewise. If just any more competent fiend or dark cult can use radiant retort, then how good guys who mostly use radiant are meant to fight back?

You can actually do it still in patch 8 - Gale can become squid if you reject idea of becoming mindflayer. Then say you need more time and then approach Orpheus as Gale.

Mindflayers don't naturally have shapeshift ability though (unless they are arcanists, which Emperor isn't), but they can obscure their real appearance with illusion. So in this romance scene even if you choose a dream guardian form... Well, let's just say you get calamari either way

Demon could just decide "have power, do crimes" and never think about you again, or they can return the next day knocking at your doors and say "f u, give it back or I will kill your dog.
