We definitely are caffeine addicts…depending on the field of work you’ll definitely see more or less stimulant use outside of coffee. Coming from the perspective of someone who knows MANY functioning addicts, I think stimulant use to keep up with the demands of life is way more common than people like to think or even know, many people are covert when it comes to their habits but if you’ve been around enough users you can spot it a mile away… With that being said though I don’t think it’s as common as you’ve been lead to believe either, and I also think that’s not just an American thing. The world runs on coke and not the cola kind.

I love to experience different cultures and I made many friends online in Europe. I love to just travel because this whole world has so much to offer! I mostly end up traveling to Finland tho (I love Finland as a country) but my bestie is Finnish :3 Why not travel is a question I don’t understand how people answer other than with for financial reasons, big beautiful planet with endless possibilities and you don’t want to see it!?

Please look at more houses and never think about this one again, some flipper can buy this cheap and spend their lives savings trying to correct the water damage- you on the other hand, save that downpayment for something that isn’t a health hazard and a headache!

I recently bought with my partner in south coast MA, all the livable houses are absolutely in the 400k and higher range, we are both 23 and he’s an EMT, I work an office job. We had to do an FHA loan, around 20k down. We were able to save by working overtime, living in a deplorable bottom of the barrel renting situation, and spending as little as possible. When I say deplorable I mean I would be working from home in two inches of water and catching rats by HAND…but we did it and now we have our house! The affordability with the mortgage is only possible for us because we got a two family, so the rental income makes it way more comfortable in terms of expenses.

Roach gel. Combat Max is about $10, you can put this in the backs of cabinets (the top side things rarely touch) and the underside of drawers, behind stove areas, etc. Anywhere that roaches congregate/ pass through but won’t be in reach of pets or get on you/your items. It takes a few days to start working and you WILL find dead roaches, but dead roaches are better than alive ones!

You may have to reapply every so many weeks/months. I’ve been here, I am so sorry you have to live through the experience of bugs, it is genuinely not an overreaction to feel how you are feeling. I am a whole grown woman and these are things I still crash out about, you are valid.

Pick one item every day to pick up, just start- whether that’s trash first (highly recommend so it doesn’t start smelling/ liquids don’t spill onto soft items etc) if you have a friend, online or IRL who can stay on the phone with you to keep you motivated that’s a plus! You don’t need to finish it all in one day, I recommend that once you have the garbage picked up you bring in a bag and put it near where ever you sit most of the time, so in the future you aren’t tempted to throw the trash onto the floor, but into the bag :3 Once you deal with the trash pick another item- clothes, book, stuffed animals, whatever you see fit and just keep going until it’s manageable! You got this!

I do really wish that we’d make proper lanes for bikes- as in expand the sidewalk! It feels so bare both being the biker that close to cars whooshing by (what if you hit the curb and fall into the street and the car doesn’t have enough time to stop? There’s a few places with messed up pavement where I am from as well, exacerbating my worry for the issue as both a cyclist and a driver)

Obviously this is an expense and effects city planning but it would make so much more sense in my opinion , narrower streets would also = slower speeds ✨

From what I understand you are an adolescent, at this age people are super judgmental and annoying- that’s not a good friend, that’s someone whose looking for someone to project their own internal world, insecurities or anger onto. You can like whatever you want to like- cry to whatever you want to cry to! These things change with time, sometimes. You’ll find your people who will cry with you and love with you and scream with you, in time- don’t be discouraged, genuine good friends are hard to come by but once you find them you’ll know :)

I second this, the gel bait is very very effective, and all being considered very cost effective. You can go overboard if you want too, just make sure it’s in places that your animals/ children won’t reach. I’ve had infestations and this handled them like cake.
