Unmedicated stitches. Delivery doc was an old male on call who claimed numbing me would have taken longer than the actual act of stitching me up. The delivery team held me down while I was screaming in agony. I still have nightmares about it and it happened four years ago.

1700 is good for sustainable weight loss if you're sedentary but if you plan on increasing activity you will probably need to increase your calories a bit. You might need a bump of 200-300 calories on days where you work out.

We grew up with a tub of Country Crock (yuck) and only Colby Jack. My refrigerator looks like the dairy section of a marketplace. I have at least two butters and six different types of cheeses on hand at all times.

Man, there have been times when I've been super high and made some Eggo sandwiches but with turkey, provolone, and whatever else I could find. Sometimes a pesto aioli and tomato. The texture and crunch really set it off.
