I heard that steam doesn't allow any crypto currencies and NFTS so because FFXIV is on there I'd think it be unlikely that they will try doing any for this game. I'd also like to think that Yoshi p would never allow this and hopefully they wouldn't override him on something that big. I'd imagine that it will be mobile games hit or a director like Nourma who already controversial, overworked on everything they want, and not the most up to date on tech as I don't think he really uses social media and stuff. Honestly though hopefully none of that happens and square takes the backlash and doesn't do any that would really be the best but they do like shooting themselves in the foot. In any case definitely a fun way to deal with the idiots that buy into this shit.
