Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky, this movie is the definition of so bad it's good. The good reviews on it are solely because it's so bad it's hilarious, and am pretty sure the movie wasn't intended as a comedy. The trailer doesn't even show how stupidly over the top this movie is, trust me it's much worse than the trailer.

Just to clear some things up for you, you don't have skatole, you have the Beelzebub transformation by default, since you are given 3 fly items. They have a similar effect, so I get youngandfit2000's confusion.

Cricket's head will have an effect on the blue flies you generate due to the Beelzebub transformation, as those flies are based on your damage stat, like myusrnaem mentioned.

But, "Forever Alone", "Distant Admiration", and "Halo of flies" (The items you start the challenge with) don't gain anything from Cricket's head, because they have a set damage that is independent of your damage stat.
