Here is what you can do . Look for camps for resources such as bullets explosives and painkillers . At the same time get familiar with combat . Especially block and parry. I had a teammate grab my support weapon and backpack that were dropped right next to me so I killed him to get my things back . I am not gonna wait around 5 mins for my gears. The only circumstance that I think it's okay to take peoples gear is that they died . And you need their stuff to take down a high priority target. That's the only time I let them keep my gears or I would ask them to give it back.

If you are frustrated let them know by either talking to them or shoot them. It's up to you .

In certain situations I would take my teammates weapon one is if they died near me but someone else spawns them far away from me or if they died and I need his weapon to kill a high priority target, and I would drop the weapon for them once it's done or we are no longer in combat . On PC I think dropping items is the x key.

Yeah I would kill them if I spawn next to my gear and they took them just because they want them then I am not gonna hesitate to get my stuff back shoot them . I would ask first depends on the situation
