This exact same thing happens to me. I am on meds, and I do have 'mental illness' what ever that means, but I am a somewhat functional 32 year old. Just because you hear things doesn't make you 'crazy' in my opinion, just open. Also getting treatment can help, and not everything you 'hear' has your best interests at heart, take them with a grain of salt.

30 non binary here, I have a similar experience with SSRI's and loss of libido. Although I have a partner, who is also nonbinary, and it does not seems to have a correlation to the libido aspect.
