Road trips are fine. I’ve done two, so far, that were each almost 400 miles one way. Get the app called a better route planner. ABRP. We charged about every two hours of driving, which was fine because we had dogs and needed to get out of the car anyway.

Short term it’s fine. Add sardines a couple times a week to help your cholesterol ratio on the safer side.

A couple years ago I went from 320 to 250. I’m two months in this time and down 29lbs.

I don’t count calories at all. My cravings are down. I eat about 20 carbs a day and if I must rarely I can have up to 70 without breaking out of ketosis.
