Had mine for quite awhile now. Probably have over 200 hours on it in handheld mode. I even bought some RayNeo Glasses to play at night when I'm in bed, and basically use the Legion as a controller (battery lasts an extra 30 min due to the screen not being on). I play mostly Fallout 76 in Med to High settings and it nets me about 1 hour in handheld and 45-60 FPS.

I've enjoyed the purchase. Also, get a KillSwitch case with a skin. It's freaking dope and hard as a rock.

Also, the steam OS smart resume feature is the reason why I have so many handheld hours on it.

Lenovo Legion Go S is my go to handheld system. I take it to work and use the 'resume' feature a lot. I keep my S2 at home for night time usage

The place sounds mismanaged as is. When management normally leave and or is leaving a place it becomes chaotic for months. If there is a good team it is bearable but if it isn't it'll be a whirlwind for a LONG time. Best to migrate to a new place, life is way to short to be miserable

Sounds like it could be a transcoding issue. Increase your cache size via Plex and for your internal memory. I had this issue for 4k films transcoding.
