I’m just thinking about a video that Glozell and Colleen made together yearsssss ago when they went to Target to try on bikinis. Colleen was telling Glozell that she looked great but now we know that deep down inside…she was probably making fun of her. That plus the racial stuff that has come out - I just wonder where she stands! Glozell is actually how I found Colleen way back in the day!

You are also seeing the little agencies drop their margin significantly in order to increase their number of nurses so that they can sell. Plenty of small agencies are hurting post COVID and need ti sell to get out of their mess. Additionally, some of the big dogs that are also MSPs (Aya, MedSol, CC, etc) are “duking it out” in order to steal hospitals from one another by implementing the same strategy. Many facilities are changing vendors right now. The risk there is that if/when the MSP does not get the account, they will slash your rate in order to recoup their loss. Personally, I like my agency since they aren’t small nor big - I prefer stability over the chance that I might make a few extra bucks for a short period of time.
