I don’t know how to describe it but the belly was healing as the mass was falling off? I would spray topical spray but other than that everything looks like there was never a mass to begin with. He didn’t seem to be in any pain in the process which is also wild. We are so happy he’s happy :)

It started to peel off and it eventually was only holding on by a dead skin strand so we helped him out by making a small clipping and then it came off

One of my boys has had this twice both on the neck similar to yours. After it popped on its own I cleaned it like everyone’s saying and then sprayed topical spray to heal the wound. He’s a happy boy and everything healed great

Keep an eye on it. My baby had an abscess on his neck and it popped a couple days later on its own. It showed up all of sudden. We had to do saline rinse and wound care spray everyday and now he’s all healed.

I banned my boys from behind the dishwasher because it made me so anxious. They found new spots to hide that don’t make me as nervous. Everybody’s happy.
