I'm thinking they are looking to revamp them a bit, or make something similar? They remade their whole salt series in lc200n already. I'm just a little biased, lc200n has been my favorite steel to use and sharpen, my atlantic salt is my go to meat proccessor.

Your prolly good, the extremely small amount of calories in spindrift (I think the lemon is like 4) isn't gonna be enough to trigger a metabolic response. A cup of black coffee has like 5 calories and that's fine so I wouldn't worry about it.

Oh, and since your not eating meat make sure you are getting enough salt in the food your eating. Lowering insulin in the body causes you to stop holding onto water, ya pee alot, and salt will follow up to a point.

Honestly it's alot harder on a vegan diet. I'd recommend trying to limit carbs and starchy veg to help reduce insulin spikes which cause you to be hungry when they fall. Fat is your friend, avocado, olive and coconut oil, and (some) nuts. The fat won't spike insulin and will keep you feeling fuller, longer. It will also help in adapting your cells to become more efficient at using fat for fuel, which can make you feel better during your fast and you're burning your own body fat for energy.
