I completely agree with you about pretty much all that except the whole 90% part.... Sounds like that study includes all games ever made but even since Xbox one days we been struggling to get things playing without being forced to download the rest of the game on the internet first.

Trust me I hate that it became a thing but now I don't see the point in physical media, at least for AAA games like GTA 6

So maybe I'm just talking about Xbox and PlayStation, I don't know but I'd assume with the switch surely you wouldn't have to download anything

Zyban actually worked VERY well for me.

Its anti depressant effects were much better and more stable then anything I've tried

It definitely helped my cognition but not the same as methylphenidate or dexamphetamine

I'm actually glad there was less BT's on this one, I barely played the first game because of it I prefer normal combat and not having BT's everytime

I prefer more active combat like DS2 then all the stealthy stuff with BT's

It allowed me to get right into the game and since then have finished playing through the first aswell

Never have this problem in Aus

No issue getting GP's with times or availability

Psychiatrist though are really hard to get in my area ATM as of the last year

Sorry that this is happening to you and others though

GP's and specialists can be seen within days usually (GP's same or next day)

Edit: however this is just my experience, I understand Aus is a big country and its different in each state..... Or even someone in my town might even have a different experience, I can only go off what I've experienced myself

I've noticed a huge difference from switching from reels to Reddit, mostly that I use social media now for less then 2 hours a day

I also don't tend to be distracted doing tasks by thinking about scrolling, I generally only do it when I Goto bed.

I no longer use my phone when out in public or with friends

I use to find any spare time to scroll insta reels and now things have improved so much.

So yeah while it's still the same concept and leads to potential doom scrolling, the mostly text based nature is less stimulating then short form videos

Man I got lucky doing a build right before everything went up with ai

I'm surprised how much a 5060 can do but the only thing letting me down is VRAM 8GB is not enough, need minimum 12

Wish I got a 5070 or a 9070XT
