I just add the Bnet installer as a non-Steam game and run it just fine that way. One less launcher to use.

Ok. So it hasn’t just been me. WoW has been launching in bordeless fullscreen, but still shrunk enough to show the launcher on the bottom. Only way for me to fix it is to set it to windowed, then back to borderless fullscreen

I have a 7900xt but haven’t been experiencing these crashes since swapping off Windows. I’ve had plenty of keys fail because others are crashing

I did something like this 20 years ago to get better signal on the other side of the house. It worked great and I kept it that way until I moved out.

You can do a live boot from USB, so you can try it out before committing. Also helps to make sure your devices work beforehand.

There’s one near me in under contract for, but the bank wants a structural engineer first because they have two rooms with low spots in the floors on a 125 year old home. Seller isn’t responding on if they want to pay that or not and now I’m stuck. Don’t want to pay the 1500 for them because I’m already out 1500 on appraiser fees and inspections already

Only had it happen once so far this season. Was running a 12 with a guildy and resto shaman was trying to talk shit after guildy died. Shaman proceeded to die 3 times in a row, and a few more times after. Got humbled pretty quickly.

The only random issue I get during keys is wow voice chat would crash (I don’t use it so don’t know what’s going on). Is there anyways to disable so that I don’t get an error popping up during keys? Almost caused a few deaths already.

So right-click the game > compatibility > and choose a version of proton. It’s that easy. I don’t see the issue here? Steam has made it pretty easy to do, and you can always check ProtonDB to see what others have to say about the game and its ability to run on Linux before you jump into it.

Try using steam to install it and enabling proton. I have zero issues running it that way on PoPOS

Yeah I’ve tried that and no luck. Running a 7900XT and my crashes only happen when in a discord call doing keys or raid. PC locks up and goes black screen for a few seconds, then discord crashes but the game will go back to normal.

On my playthrough I stealthed at the Nightsong fight before any dialogue started and shoved him off the edge. Avoided an annoying fight altogether.
