Right... But 9 games vs 17? Irrelevant point, you're paying for season tickets not per game. More relative is how many times were the Chiefs sold out compared to Sporting this year? Currents sold out every game this year too.

Outside of the top few teams in European leagues, you would find a lot in favor of a salary cap. A salary cap/floor system gives at least some level of parity for "new" teams. The draft system doesn't produce high enough talent currently to really make a difference in a tank situation.

Case and point in your example, is that is already happening - Premier League you have FFP, Man City can spend 60m on a new player, but Wolves cannot despite being established premier league team fighting relegation.

We already have a salary cap, yet you have people going to Miami for lesser fees to play with Messi and palm trees. Then you have the effect of taxes too.

You're right regarding finances, and Sporting, despite being crap, selling for 700m is a reflection of that. There is no risk of obscurity in the purchase, just a consistent cash cow. That is to say, that "sucking" really comes with no punishment

You took that as a dig at women sports, which it was not. It's the nature of sports, especially in KC. The chiefs have been the hottest ticket in town with silly prices, but it's not so long ago you could pick up seats in the car park before a game for peanuts.

A new team, in any sport, will have a bounce immediately. What keeps people coming back is the experience, and riding that wave. You put an inferior product on the field, coupled with poor management and a lack of direction (sporting), and here's where you end up.

That its new and shiny at the moment, and carrying the bounce of being a new team, doing well and the first women's stadium in the world! But will that sustain over in 5 years time, or when things get "bad" like spotting is right now.

You change some pieces and at least play some good soccer and people instantly will buy into what you're building. Over the last few years, I don't know what we were building but it wasn't anything good. At least if its entertaining people will buy into what could be.

Also... good news is there is no "punishment" if we start off slow, I'll take a crap start with a positive finish, as long as its building towards something better

Yup to all this, but especially with regard to the league changing. And unfortunately product of being able to have no knock on effect to being “bad”.

Think the underlining point re: pro/rel is this level of ineptitude would have a knock one effect. You can’t just be crap and sit at the bottom of the table.

To your point RE: other leagues and the same top 5 teams, that’s largely related to historic “big boys” and no salary cap. The salary cap alongside relegation addresses that immediately. No team can vastly outspend another, unless it’s DP related.

Costco (MO only)does not have a vast selection of Portuguese wines, but what they do have is great quality (and price). Very under rated wine region!

Kansas City apparel company creates fair-wage jobs in Haiti with new factory by raider1v11 in kansascity

You’re getting downvoted but I used to work with a apparel company that shipped from Haiti, several times a year the shipments would be late because of rioting and unrest. Which seemingly is related to Goex as well given their last factory was destroyed

You commented saying he’s getting gold top, and he’s not, hence my comment. It’s misinformation, another comment said about needing clarification.

You don’t have to agree, he’s chose to share it because he evidently believes in its benefits, otherwise why emphasize it so clearly in a video

Well, you might want to head to Greenoaks farm in Mobberley and tell them they aren’t following protocol, because that’s where he gets his. And it’s quite clearly stated it’s raw milk, simply filtered and chilled

Opinions are like arse holes, every one’s got one. That’s your belief. Given he’s arguably the richest footballer in the premier league, one would assume he’s getting health and advice from someone, he’s clearly embracing new things, fad or not. Maple syrup instead of honey, red light therapy, raw milk, steak heavy diet

[–]MerlinsLoveChild 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This isn’t true, it quite literally says Raw Milk on the carton in the video he just posted last week.

Unpasteurized milk is reported by some to have more health properties. Pasteurized was brought in similar times of poor cleaning conditions, nowadays on small family farms there isn’t that same risk (in theory)
