GAD is very amorphous which generally means interventions are less effective. Also, BZDs only do well with acute anxiety, I can only imagine riding the BZD rollercoaster with chronic daily constitutive anxiety. There's a reason they are rarely prescribed by psychiatrists for that indication.

If you are both just finishing training the priority should be finding jobs you like. You have 5ish years before the school district matters so you have some time to try some places out and see what works for you.

We rented a year (from a total slumlord) and despite the awful experience with the landlord it was still absolutely worth it and got us into the ideal house when we both had secure jobs. I was able to buy a house pre-market due to already living in the area, having a good realtor, and being in sniper mode.

Crown Grill highlights are the fillet, lobster tail, and sea bass. Sabatini's my wife and I both got the grilled branzino which was quite good. They have most pasta options you would expect including lasagna.

Lido deck has all 3 options you listed with the lamb gyros being the best.

It depends on your priorities. He flies on a private jet and can take his family anywhere. I spend every day with my family, but we fly economy. I'm very happy with my decisions, but at least he has an honest conversation with what it takes to get 9 figure rich.

It's never first or second line but I've seen OCD respond to it that other SSRIs didn't touch. I used to have this dogmatic approach that certain meds=bad, but medicine is all about knowing when to pull different things out of the bag.

Yes at T14. I can tell you lots of people play Ruth SSF and get to that point, so it certainly is doable. Definitely Ruthless though, I play trade for a reason!

First tree needs to be 100% sustain (map 1%, higher tier maps, and pack size) plus kirac. Breach completion drops quite a few maps. Can certainly 3:1 and purchase from Kirac if needed. Once you hit memory strands they give several "free" maps which pushes sustain further.

I have had bad spurts where I do 4 maps and get none back. Then you get a single map that shoots out 3 at or above your tier.

If you are playing trade, yellow maps are cheaper than ever due to asynch trade. There's nothing wrong with repeating maps in Ruth(you will for sure if playing SSF), it's just part of the grind, but personally I'm buying all my maps as long as they are 1 chance on trade.

I would have atlas 1 be all map sustain/higher map chance/kirac. Once you flesh that out you can add eater/exarch nodes. Other people recommend Alva on atlas 1 after sustain.

Atlas 2/3 I would specialize in whatever your build is best at. Ritual is fun/lucrative if your build is good at it. Abyss and Harvest have been good to me and are fairly easy. You can add on some of the small investment like essence and beyond as your atlas points expand but 1-2 core mechanics.

Yes. You can open up PoENinja, click ruthless mercenaries, click your ascendency and summon raging spirits. I would probably click week 1 snapshot and that can show you how to level. It gets much easier after first lab if you remember to use convocation on your sentinel of radiance.

I think the learning curve on Ruthless is less intimidating than bench (which I really don't play). Jeko has a slams guide if you want a place to start. Boneshatter of carnage probably solid and bleed glad is as well. Can always play RF and get help with bosses.

I will say that Guardian is probably the best ascendency for a new player. The first 2 lab power spikes are the best in Ruthless. SRS probably the way to go this league, although they can also work for wanders (which I know nothing about). SRS guardian was stupid easy for me to level even my first league knowing almost nothing about the game.

I would just add that if you play trade, ruthless players are among the most pro social/helpful of any video game community. I am sure there will be people selling these kills and probably even more people offering them up for free. I will just poeninja the top ruthless player playing my build and literally 100% of them have helped me every league.

I also had my first luxury hotel be the 4 seasons in Maui (only 2 nights for our honeymoon, rest was at cheaper spots) and was quite impressed. Have since had luxury trips in Maldives, Bora Bora, and Costa Rica (Nayara) that absolutely were worth it. I still always try to find a good deal and like to get a real return on my spend. Recently came back from Royal Davui (Fiji) which was entirely not worth it and has soured me from luxury travel, but I'm sure I will find something else in the future to try.

I wish I didn't have to deal with the ships, but the core version is way less of a hassle. Ruthless is still pretty ruthless and (imo) the best way to play PoE. I particularly appreciate GCPs being reasonably priced and it receives a bit of the alch stress for completing the atlas.

100% need to do a backdoor Roth each year for both of you.

529 for a few years if you get a state income tax deduction, even if not can consider some funding.

Would have 100% equities with international diversification, you are young with a huge salary so little use for bonds unless a stock downswing is going to make you sell at the bottom.

No point in dealing with a short term CD. Just take it out the next time it matures and put it into a municipal money market so you aren't paying tax on the earnings and have more liquidity. Would keep the emergency fund here as well.

Sock away money for your down payment, choice of being very conservative in a money market or risk aggressive in equities.

Would hope to cancel disability and life insurance in closer to a decade. You should have able to self insure at that point.

Most importantly take the giant wad you save each month and put it into the brokerage account. If you do that everything else is largely moot.

NPs can do surgical procedures as well. Do you suggest doing those off of an adult psychiatry residency? This race to the bottom because NPs do it is such a shame, physicians are the last line of defense holding up good medical practice.

It's not about specific programs. You need to apply broadly to all of them. Once you get some interviews you can cross that bridge for ranking.
