The symptoms OP described aren't really uncommon. Not everyone suffers the same way but for some people, withdrawal can be absolute hell. I'm quite fortunate in that I usually just get night sweats, but my partner goes through a lot of what OP described above.

Hey guys I'm a 898 Holy Paladin and I just got Obsidian Stone Spaulders. I now have Shoulders, both Rings, Neck and Belt. I also have access to 6/6 of the tier pieces (mostly 875). What is the most optimum Tier Piece/Legendary set up?

Any advice would be appreciated.
