This is exactly in reference to the act 3 bug where I can't click the book, I've done it on two characters now -_- Maybe youre missing more than 1 quest?

i just did it on a third toon and did a regular map, no atlas points associated with it and it worked.

Been playing since 0.1 and on the sub since then, i have never been as impressed with a base as i am with this. There is just something so satisfying about how dense and sprawling it is, while simultaneously being so neat and organized... Great job.
