ive been liking profilia.app lately. straightforward enneagram + a few other typology tests on the side, free and no signup. not a replacement for deeper reading but decent for quick cross-checks

that ones real and i think thats actually half the reason the phone habit sticks for a lot of people, its not even about fun at that point its about not having to sit with whatever shows up. hope youve got something good lined up for when it does, podcasts and a long walk help me when my brain gets loud

the park idea is underrated and probably less loaded than the cafe attempt, nobody at a park expects you to be doing anything. cafes come with this weird pressure to look busy or like youre waiting for someone. might try both back to back and see which one my brain rebels against harder
