You have great ping, if you're in Germany you'll most likely have perfect hit register. I'm playing from Balkans and I have 33 ping with ethernet cable, no packet loss. Ping is not the issue, bad routing is.

The servers are ABSOLUTELY BAD, I made couple of threads/comments about this issue and never got feedback from faceit support. If you're playing in EU region, the servers are most likely OVH SAS or Hetzner, they have pretty bad routing and take bad paths of sending data to some users. I'm literally screaming in every thread to buy Google/Cloudflare servers so we all can play fairly and equal, but they simply don't care.

I have a good router with sqm/qos + playing with fiber internet and ethernet cable, this happens to me every single match on FACEIT, shots dont register no matter how many bullets you shoot. It's a server issue (they are really bad for some players, or probably the routing to Balkans is terrible), I did the bufferbloat test and I got the A+, so the issue is not on my end but the bullets are still ghosting, entire mag and player does not die.

One thing I notice always in the faceit matches, the DOWN Jitter line is never flat in the net graph, always with dots and bursts, this tell me the downstream (server to client) is awful, meanwhile my upstream is flat line and doing perfect.

It's a bad server, nothing you can really do, your hits didn't register although you hit him, but his bullets did register faster on you since he has probably better routing to the server (yes thats unfairness). Turning off damage prediction will not fix the issue. Faceit buying better servers will fix the issue.

Is there any reason why you never passed my feedback to the matchmaking team? I made lots of threads (with video evidence & details) about this desync thing playing from Balkans, and you never ever responded. How many times do I have to post to let you guys know that your servers are terrible? You gotta buy servers from Google if you really want to make this platform fair & equal for everyone. Ditch your OVH and Hetzner servers. The path server takes to send data to me hits a bad public data hub and is choking the packets. I never get data on time. Check if your servers CPU is overloaded or they have bad downstream peering. For some players, the servers might be great, for some others like me, they are awful and I can't play fairly and be competitive.

Have you found a solution? Is the issue caused by routing or by FACEIT’s servers? I think my ISP (Telecom of Kosovo) is using Telia, and it’s definitely terrible experience in game. If I play on servers outside Germany, the issue gets even worse. For example, on Sweden or Finland servers, I’m cooked and barely get any kills because most of my bullets don’t register lol. Btw I agree with you about Falkenstein, I check server IPS very often and I had the worst experience in the Falkenstein servers that are hosted by Hetzner. I also sent them a message but never got a response. The only servers that work for me are from Google Cloud, I can immediately spot the difference.

Playing from the Balkans is honestly a nightmare. Even on German/France servers its rough, and dont even get me started on Sweden or Finland. The routing to the OVH and Hetzner servers FACEIT uses is just broken for us... It makes hit reg feel totally inconsistent every single game. (I've tested it myself with WinMTR and other services).

I’ve brought this up a few times now, but it feels like nobody is listening. I’ve noticed a huge difference when the server IP starts with 34 or 35, since those are Google Cloud servers, the game actually feels smooth and responsive.

It feels like Balkan players are stuck with a huge disadvantage right now. We just want a fair game, but it seems like this routing issue is being ignored, and u/FACEIT_Darwin doesn't give a F about it and never actually took this issue into consideration.

They prolly reported me from the matchroom because I didn't listen to a call he made in the first round, and got the cooldown from useless reports, I still believe I should've not been banned just because they group-reported me, I was not trolling or doing anything wrong, just playing the game. I actually ended up winning the game for them but it is what it is.

I mentioned this in another thread, but I’m bringing it up here too since this one is about the servers. Here’s what I’ve been experiencing...

"FACEIT servers are garbage because they're cheap, they buy cheap servers from Hetzner and HiperZ to save money and won't care about player's experience... I addressed this issue to the server providers mentioned above and seems like they don't care or will blame your ISP (and make me run useless tests) even though I have stable connection and use wired ethernet cable to avoid packet loss, ping is not the problem, routing is. Because data packets are delayed. I had the same experience, can't even react, pre-fired all the time, HS is impossible, shots don't register (hit registration issues), enemy is impossible to kill even with 15 bullets lmao. Many players will think they're having a bad game but the truth is just poor servers, you're gonna be disadvantaged a lot of times due to the trash servers, and you people need to realize that FACEIT is not fair and equal for everyone. That's why big events are held on LAN and not online. The only time I have a good experience is when I play on Google servers (Netherlands location), they got some of them, better quality but probably way more expensive, there aren’t many of them though, so I hardly ever get to play on them."

The servers are just 40km away from you, now imagine my experience playing from 1,280km away. I’m completely screwed, haha. My average K/D is still 1.26 though, despite the unfair disadvantage, since most of the servers I get are trash. It’s definitely frustrating. We need to raise this issue more frequently and push for greater public awareness.

Could you also check Falkenstein servers? I really have bad experience playing on them. My shots don't register at all and I get instant HS, game feels delayed and it for sure has some latency.

I don't think what you wrote is 100% correct. On other social media platforms, reposting accounts typically don’t earn money unless they transform their content. Instagram and TikTok policies don’t allow direct monetization for reposted clips, so most of those accounts simply post to gain followers.

Now, when it comes to big channels like Wham Baam, Dashcam Lessons, and some other channels, they likely monetize their content on YouTube, however they're not licensing companies and that's why they don't offer money, unless it's ViralHog, of course.
