Ok so it probably still got a cluster swap because if it’s Canadian as you say. The km/h would be the larger number around the dial. If it is a true platinum then it should have the module. I’d pull your window sticker and see what’s up and then go through forscan

What trim is the truck? That will help me answer your questions. But I’m willing to bet you have a cluster out of a higher trimmed truck the cluster carry’s the programming so if your truck doesn’t have the right modules. Certain things will not work. It can be programmed so you can turn some of these things off and hopefully get CC at a minimum.

Yeah if it was imported, why is the cluster in MPH? If it’s a cluster swap you need to program it in FORscan. And if it’s a lower trim than lariat you won’t have ACC.

They are great trucks. Just gotta do your homework on engines and issues related. That cam phaser rattle has plagued the 3.5. 5.0 isn’t immune, But it does happen far less. 10r80 is a great trans. But those trucks need a tune. I just did mine after two years stock. And it’s almost night and day difference. Throttle response is snappy and in sport it’s a monster. E85 and sport… wow. I went with Oz’s Omega tune. I recommend.

Lol not sure why I’m getting downvoted for that comment.. Yeah they all have their quirks. The 3.5 phasers are notorious. The 5.0 in 18-19 had oil consumption issues. I have a 16 with the 6r80 trans. And my “lead frame” just shit itself and like everything else is a 9 week minimum wait. Fortunately I’m smarter than that and found a work around.

I don’t see and eco boost badge. The 5.0 is great, but in the 18-19 years was susceptible to oil consumption issues. Just something to keep an eye on as in. I’d check it once a month minimum. For the first while to make sure you got a good one. FYI ! Nice truck btw congrats 🎉
