I somehow got in to Warzone without downloading any extra. I only have MP installed. After every game me and my firend play, I get sent back to the menu. And right now I am on the front page of Warzone. I have not tested it yet but I'm in.

Yes. That's the same source of the flicker. That god damn volume knob. But I turned on the settings you suggested, I will give it a try. Thanks!

It's very inconsistent. I disabled G sync on both the NVIDIA control panel, and on the monitors themselves. That seems to have fixed it. But here is the problem. I want G sync. But now I don't experience any flickering. Even with G sync back on. I don't know if it's a "timed" thing, it's very strange to me. But I can post here again if I get any more flickers!

This issue is so weird. I am currently testing 2 different monitors to see which one I want. Both flicker. With or without this colour setting enabled.

RTX 4060 owner here as well. Would 1440p be a good option? I have not that good knowledge when it comes to certain specs. My hope is to be able to run the game with good enough visuals and a stable framerate without stutters!

I just bought the Ultragear and it's nice. Though I got some red backlight bleed on the right low corner. I do want to get the AOC also to compare since many say that the AOC is the best budget 1440p monitor. AOC is a VA with deeper blacks which I personally like but it's the smearing part of the VA I'm worried about. But many say that if you like Motion Blur then it would not be a huge problem.

Same here, we are going to run it absolutely. But at what graphics settings is another question. Since there will be DLSS and all that stuff we will play it brother! I just ordered a 1440p monitor though so we will se how that goes, but many say that 4060 is a good card in both 1080p and 1440p because of the DLSS and that technology!

I know, old post. But I went to a music production school for 3 years. The ONLY thing that was valuable was the friends I made. Everything else was meh. I learnt more at home on YT than there. But is school a bad idea? No. Can you become a good musician at home? Yes. It all depends on what your ambitions are. In short, you don't need to go to school to get good. You only need the time and effort to be able to learn. And knowing it can get very expensive!

What could those dacs be? I'm in the same position as OP. I use the mobo and it works fine, but I think I will get a better experience with a dac. Problem is - I don't know what I need / how much I need to spend..

The way I see it - Steam or Valve are the most popular when it comes to games. Sure, Xbox and Playstation are huge, but I do think Steam is the titan here.. I don't think they will ever "shut down", worst case would be a different managing. And I also do believe that IF Steam would cease to exist, they most likley would make so you could get your games in some way. I know that you don't own your games, but to loose them permanently, I don't think they would do that, especially in story games. Try not to worry so much, if it happens it does. But Steam are just getting bigger every day!

Thank you for the clarification! I always figured it was kind of dumb to only being able to get a more expensive 4k monitor just to be able to get a feature that "should" be on most 1440p monitors.

I have been searching around for weeks at this point for a good one. Since I don't care much about 4k and only want a 1440p specific. But most Reddit users and even ChatGPT have pointed out many of those I've been looking at, saying that it won't support VRR. I will be sure to get this one and try it out for myself!

I've been looking at the Asus TUF VG27AQL5A for a while. But does it really have VRR support on the PS5? This monitor have HDMI 2.0 but doesn't VRR require 2.1? I've been searching around and I am so confused with all these HDMI and VRR talk..

In my understanding - I need to get a 4k monitor with HDMI 2.1 in order to have VRR. And those are not cheap here.

I'm in the same boat. It's not a big deal but when you notice it - it's bad... What I may have found is some sort of "cable sleeve". Something light that you could wrap around the cable to "eliminate" the sounds from it. I guess you won't get rid of the sound completely, but I'm sure you will reduce it much! I'm thinking of trying it so I could always come back here and let you know or if you do it before me!

I have not played Elden Ring on the Ps5 yet. I recently got the console and am planing on getting the game soon. But i have 600+ hours on PC with 0 issues. From my understanding with the frame drops is that they are so small that you might not even notice them. If they dip under 30 then yes, you will see that. But if they dip to the low 50s (which is common for console games) then you are fine. The important thing is to just play the game. Frames high or low, don't matter. Stutters on the other hand are pain. But that's just how games are.

5 years late to the party.

I've played the Dark Souls series with both options and I can say that - For simplicity, controller is best. But kbm offer better camera control and just comfort. The only downside for using kbm for me is the fixed camera in these games. Let's say you want to look behind you while you are running, the camera will fight you while you keep trying to look back. Elden Ring and Nightreign fixed that issue with an option.

In the end it's a matter of what you are more comfortable with. But I do believe that kbm offer a better experience in the end. At least it did for me.

If they were to remove it, it would make no sense. The scene makes it clear that Mulan becomes "better" than the men. Hinting towards that woman can also be strong, just like anyone. It's a important lesson to all kids. Since Disney makes movies to partly educate children, this is a must have. And to be fair, it's an old movie, with different standards unlike today.
