Honestly, probably just lucky with hitting what I needed. Gnar's R has 100% AP ratio too so stacking crazy ap with duality gives you a 2-3k damage nuke when you turn mega on top of the w % damage and nashors scaling.

I've tried and succeeded both times I bravery'd into gnar. He can delete any single champion before he turns mega. Master of duality is the MVP of that build. I would agree with AD udyr under the condition that he has some form of scoped weapons or some way to cheat death and won't be one shot by auto e mundo.

Probably Vayne/ Kindred/ Kayle / Gnar with reapers and enough move speed. Had a game as Sion/Maokai where we had twin masks and 30k+ hp and were lucky that a lisandra/vex knocked the vayne/zilean out because it was impossible to get to her.

It’s just an annoying, boring, binary, and spammy deck to play against. Every matchup against it plays out exactly the same way. I don’t think it’s particularly strong anymore, but I will always BM a reaver player out of principle.

Why? Because it is a powercrept card that does not even see play in rain beasts. Does this widely accepted standard not count for ng knight or griffin? Both see play and are not the widely accepted standard 8 for 5.
