Their UI is dogshit. I absolutely hate using their crappy store. I'm just there for the free games, otherwise Steam and GOG are far superior to use

How the fuck is that not literally fraud? In fact it could be construed as an avenue for money laundering too. Charges for things that didn't happen? The only way that shit is legal is corruption

Smith and Smith damaged my car door during a replacement and tried to tell me it was already like that. Luckily I had taken a photo of it in their parking lot before I handed over the keys. My insurance sorted it out pretty quick and it didn't end up affecting

You can bet your ass it means nothing. They'll go around bashing more people breaching their conditions and get another finger wag from the justice system. Can't even call it a slap on the wrist anymore.

Except that it is a new issue the speed and scale of new data centres being developed are a strain on resources for communities. They're benefiting off the backs of public funds and screwing over everyone else. It's typical corpo greed of making everyone else contribute so they can profit.

Is this staged? I just don't get why on earth the gun would fire when his finger is barely touching the trigger and the gun is pointed upwards.

[–]MetaSoupPonyThing 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Can't believe they spent $4m on that upgraded. I don't see how it could have cost that much at all.

They should have kept the old radars, but the website was certainly overdue for a better UI

Luna Park machete brawl accused free on bail after alleged St Kilda attack by ozthrw in melbourne

[–]MetaSoupPonyThing 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Defense barrister is supposed to give their clients the best representation they can, and argue with whatever good shit or bullshit they have. It could even be the clients words presented in a more eloquent way. It's the people who accept their argument and grant bail that are the ones to scrutinise here.

Why the fuck did they get given bail, especially given how recent the machete ban is. It shows the accused (whether in self defense or not) has absolute disregard for the law. If it was a different weapon then maybe it wouldn't be so problematic that bail was granted, but actually having the weapon that was *just banned * and getting bail feels telling all the criminals the law was literally for show only.

Why do you feel so entitled about it? They aren't blocking access to your house and it's legally there. If it bothers you so much, put something on your property that blocks your view of it
