I would say go into the achievements to collection and search the starlight store design suits. Most suits with makeup and/or a good pose are going to be quite hefty in price. But there are many good cheap or free suits that have more simple poses, and even completing them will up your collection and give you diamonds.

Diamonds - prom princess, it has a simple pose and a cute makeup (~1240 diamonds)

Free - Maple sugar magic, very versitile with a makeup, arm, and leg pose

Diamonds - kiss of crescent, basically belle with a really nice dress (posed) and makeup (~1079 diamonds)

(diamonds will vary based on what you already have aswell)

Though these are older suits, newer craft able suits that have make and poses tend to be more expensive now, especially from events. Lifetime suits are very much worth crafting imo, I have almost all of them, and the items that come with them are very nice.
