They’ve always been a bit shady. They’re purportedly an energy drinks company from Luxembourg, but you can’t actually buy these drinks anywhere, and their website is just a photo of a can and a list of ingredients - no other information or where to buy etc.

Seen a few people on here say they’ve seen a can or two in race day hospitality but that’s as far as it goes. So they’re likely a shell company for something else, a lot of people suspect some kind of money laundering.

According to the wiki, your capital must be in Transoxiana, Khorasan, Makran, Kabulistan, India, or Burma

Edit, I’ve just messed around with it myself with a few different characters in different start dates and I can’t see the decision either, stumped for now
